The client owner of an existing industrial estate wished to secure consent for further flexible B2 / B8 / E(g) floorspace in 12 separate units on the site of their existing premises. Working closely with the architects and highways consultants CODA Planning prepared and submitted a planning application to the local planning authority making the case for additional space on a constrained site with poor highways access involving a one way access road but maximising on-site floorspace.
