Having failed to make significant progress in relation to the positive determination of a planning application for residential development over a 7 month period we approached CODA Planning Ltd to move the project forward. Despite initial procedural difficulties CODA Planning took control of the application as agent and working with CODA Architecture entered into positive and constructive dialogue with the local planning authority. Planning permission was granted within 2 months of first instruction. We are now instructing CODA Planning on another development project
